MEMORANDUM The Memorandum on Early Childhood Intervention was formally adopted by the delegates after much deliberation at the conference. The final copy of the memorandum was officially presented to the Guest of Honour YABhg Datin Seri Rosmah Mansor, wife of the Deputy Prime Minister of Malaysia during the Closing Session on November 20th 2006. Copies of the final memorandum will also be forwarded to all relevant ministries. Interested parties and all delegates are encouraged to view the memorandum.
